Terms of service
Last updated July 2026
The service
NextHires hosts branded careers pages, collects applications, runs AI-assisted evaluations of candidates, and gives hiring teams a pipeline to review them. You get access under these terms for as long as your workspace is active.
Early access
The product is in early access. Features may change, and while we treat your data carefully, we do not yet promise a formal uptime or support SLA. We will always tell you before a change that affects your data.
Your responsibilities
You are the controller of your hiring data: post real roles, obtain any notices or consents your jurisdiction requires from candidates, and use evaluation reports as decision support, not as an automated decision-maker.
Keep your account credentials to yourself and tell us if you suspect a compromise.
Acceptable use
No scraping other tenants' data, no probing or overloading the service, no using it for anything unlawful or discriminatory. We can suspend accounts that do.
AI evaluations
Evaluation reports are generated by AI reading the materials candidates submit. They cite their evidence, but they can be wrong. Hiring decisions are yours, and a human should make them.
Liability
The service is provided as-is during early access. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before a claim — which during free early access is zero.
Ending things
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your workspace at any time. We can terminate accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical.
Changes and contact
We will update these terms as the product matures and note the date above when we do. Questions? Use the contact page — a person reads it.
